At World of Crackers, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of fireworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns for products that have been delivered successfully.

✅ Refunds for Missing or Wrong Products

• Refunds or replacements are applicable only if an item is missing or wrongly delivered from your order.

• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with proof (such as photos of the package and invoice).

• Once verified, the missing or wrong product will either be shipped to you at no extra cost, or the refund will be processed.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
